Carlos: Hardworking Hands, Supported by Samaritan

For Carlos, discovering Samaritan Health Center has been life-changing. “I have been coming here for two months—my partner told me about the clinic,” he said. Before Samaritan, he would only go to the emergency room and only when he felt seriously ill.

Carlos works as a carpenter in both commercial and residential construction. Sometimes he has to miss work to attend daytime appointments, but he’s grateful his boss understands. “I’m a good worker, and he knows health is important,” he said.
